Turkey Stroganoff

1 16 oz pkg of GRANDMA’S Wide Egg Noodles

2 cups cooked turkey, cubed

3 Tbs butter

1 small onion, chopped

1 pkg dry turkey gravy mix

1 cup sour cream

Prepare noodles according to directions on package, drain and rinse. Sautee onion in butter, stir in turkey. Prepare gravy according to package directions, stir into turkey mixture and add sour cream and noodles. Cook over low heat several minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves

HINT: Before you get tired of that Thanksgiving turkey, freeze 2 cups of cubed meat ready for your next Turkey Stroganoff.
