Pork Normandy

Just found this recipe from Mimi in our files.

Have not tried it but sounds wonderful!

1 Tbs vegetable oil\r\n6 thick pork chops

1 can cream of mushroom soup

½ cup apple juice

1 medium apple chopped

½ cup chopped celery

¼ tsp dried thyme leaves crushed

Apple slices for garnish

1 pkg 16 oz GRANDMA’S Wide Egg Noodles

In 10 inch skillet over medium heat cook pork chops in oil about 10 minutes until browned. Spoon off fat. Stir in soup, apples, celery, juice and thyme. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over cooked hot GRANDMA’S Noodles. Garnish with apple slices.
