Carbonara Linguini


11 oz pkg GRANDMA’S Frozen Egg Noodles, Linguini Style

6 oz bacon, sliced in thin strips

3 minced garlic cloves

1 cup dry white wine or chicken broth

1 cup egg substitute\r\n1/3 cup coarsely chopped parsley

1/3 cut grated Parmesan cheese

1 small pkg frozen peas

Salt and black Pepper to taste

Prepare pasta according to package directions.

Cook bacon until desired doneness, drain except for the last tablespoon of drippings in the pan. Add garlic and saute about 3 minutes. Add peas and wine increasing heat and boil until reduced by about half. Pour mixture into large serving bowl and let cool for about 5 minutes. Stir in egg substitute and parsley. Drain prepared pasta and add immediately to prepared bacon mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toss quickly. Season with salt and pepper. This is so yummmmm! Dinner for two!
